Favorite CRM?

Hi Community.

Do you have a favorite, cost-effective CRM that integrates with CompanyCam?

CompanyCam is our most utilized digital tool, so my research is through that lens - finding a cost-effective CRM with a two-way CC integration. Our current CRM is nice but expensive and may actually have more functionality than we need.

Key functions I am looking for:

• contact management - "single source of truth"
• CompanyCam - two-way integration
• quotes feature would be preferred
• simple automation and workflows
• permissions
• simple customization features, list segmentation
• field service oriented
• sales opportunity management - nice but not required
• cost effective!

With the exception of it not being a two-way sync, Jobber is pretty much in line with everything you're looking for. I'm sure others can chime in with their thoughts as well!

Yes, we currently use Jobber. I really like it and appreciate you chiming in and confirming. I am re-evaluating our Jobber plan as we currently under-utilize the level of plan and number of seats that we pay for. At it's core, we need our CRM to be the single source of truth for client records.

I would love for the CC integration to do a bitttt more but trust that'll come in due time!

I am curious to hear what other's thoughts are as well

In a previous role I use QuoteWerks. I've not explored this yet in reference to CC, but it was a very effective quoting tool. More quoting tool than CRM but functional as a CRM as well.
