We have very little success getting any customers to write reviews. I think we need to send someone onsite to sit with the customer while they complete the review.

We sent a hand full out but no one has completed them yet. I love the ability to add selected photos from the project but it is challenging to get customers to actually complete the review.

We started tagging photos where a there was a product failure. That was when our Production manager meets with our vendor, they can easily filter photos by the "Product Failure" tag to show our rep.
