• What kind of work you do: Commercial roof coatings, replacements, repairs
• Biggest win lately: Process improvements in production and book keeping
• What brought you here / what you’re hoping to get out of this community: I want to see/hear what others are doing so we can keep getting better! No matter how comfortable we are in our current processes, I know there are always improvements we can make - reduce # of steps, automate, increase quality of the 'intangibles'.
