Would love to see something like this be added. For us, it's generator maintenance, but I know a lot of HVAC techs that use them for seasonal system maintenance.

A couple of suggestions for widgets/sections of the Home dashboard: 1) Sales/Proposal tracking. Namely, a total dollar amount for open proposals, etc. 2) Sales performance (admin only). Number of proposals, close rate, etc for specific sales reps.

All great suggestions. It's the start of something small, but really can boost efficiency.

I love the Invoice feature already. Here's my #1 request, though. Item quantities should allow decimal values, and allow less than one. Labor is the #1 line item we'd need it for, but for us as electricians, we'll bill partials for pulling lube, silicone, phase tape, etc.
