Global Document View of Signature Request/Status

We would like Documents Sent for Signature to be accessible directly from the left-hand toolbar. This would give our team one place to quickly view and track outstanding documents without having to navigate through individual projects.

We also like the new Home layout and would love to see the To-Do section become customizable based on how each company operates.

We do not use To-Dos within the platform because we manage all of our tasks through AccuLynx. Because of this, the To-Do section is essentially wasted space on our Home page. Giving companies the ability to customize this section would make the Home dashboard much more useful.

For our company, we would replace the To-Do section with Documents Sent for Signature.

Ideally, this section would give us a quick snapshot of documents and their current status:

• Awaiting Signature
• Signed

Having Documents Sent for Signature available both on the Home dashboard and from the left-hand toolbar would make it much easier for our team to monitor documents that still need attention.

Hey there, and thanks for taking the time to lay this out!

On the Signature side: right now, Signature status lives at the File level inside each project's Documents tab (you'll see Signature Pending, then Signed once everyone's done). There isn't a global view from the left-hand toolbar yet, but here's a workaround a lot of folks have had luck with in the meantime: if you're using Project Boards, you can set up labels like "Awaiting Signature" and "Signed" and move Projects between columns as docs come back. It's not automatic, but it does give you that one-screen snapshot of what's still outstanding without clicking into every job.

On the Home layout: really glad you're liking the new look! We just rolled that out more broadly, and the team is actively refining it. You make a good point and one we haven't heard framed quite this way: if you're managing tasks in AccuLynx, that section is just real estate you're not using. I'm passing on to the Product team, along with the idea of swapping for another feature, like in Documents Sent for Signature.
