Google Integrations For Shared Drive

Hey Sharee! Good news — you can absolutely do this today.
Here's how it works: an Admin or Manager connects the Google Drive integration, and CompanyCam automatically creates a CompanyCam root folder in that person's My Drive. From there, every new Project gets its own subfolder, and all photos, videos, and documents sync into it automatically.
The part you're after: once that root folder exists, you can move it straight into your company's Shared Drive. Just right-click the CompanyCam folder in Drive → Organize → Move → pick your Shared Drive. Sync keeps running exactly as before, and now your whole team has access based on your Shared Drive permissions.
Two quick tips so it goes smoothly:
One thing that isn't possible currently is picking the Shared Drive (or a specific customer folder) as the destination during setup. It's always "connect, then move." We have a feature request for this that I'll tag you to and we'll chime back in here if there is any progress in the future!
