The photos start with the most recent photo first, but I've never wanted to show anyone the very last thing first. When i show reports, it makes the most sense to start at the beginning, and move through the report until the end. Rearranging is not in a good state right now, so rearranging 100 photo to show from start of a project to the end of a project just isn't an option. I'd spend my entire day rearranging reports

Hi Pru, thanks for laying this out. Telling a project’s story from start to finish is exactly how a report should read, and spending a whole day rearranging 100 photos definitely isn’t the goal.

Here’s a trick that can save you a ton of time. When you add photos to a Document, click View in the photo selector and choose Oldest First. Your photos come in starting from the beginning of the Project, so you’re not rebuilding the order after the fact. 🎉 You can also create a report directly from the Project page by selecting photos and then using the blue banner that appears up top in the web app. If you're going that route, be sure to use the View drop-down here as well and select Oldest First before you start selecting photos.

If you need to nudge a few photos after that, you can drag and drop them into place inside the Document. We’re also actively working on making photo reordering faster and easier. I can’t promise a date, but your feedback on report order helps shape that work.

Give Oldest First a try on your next report and let us know how it goes! 🧡
