Reporting filter by collaborator or projects with open collaboration links

Hey Alicia! 👋 Great asks, both of them!

Filtering a Document by collaborator is not something you can do today. When you’re pulling photos into a Document, the filters available are Project and Tag, so there’s no way to narrow down to just one collaborating company’s photos. However, if you’re on the mobile app, you can filter Projects by Collaboration. Head to Home → Projects → See All, and you’ll find a Collaborators filter right in the filter bar. It’ll pull up every project that has a collaborating company on it, so you can zero in on your shared jobs fast. (Fair warning: it’s a show-me-all-collab-projects filter right now, not a pick-one-specific-company filter — but it’s a solid start.)Seeing which projects have open collaboration links isn’t something you can pull up in a single list today.

You could try to utilize our Project labels feature as a workaround to this. Simply just create and add a label like “Collab Open” on projects when you send an invite out, then filter your project list by that label. It’s a manual step, but it gives you exactly the running list you’re after until we build something native.

Passing both of these along to our product team, the “which projects have open links” one especially, since that’s a visibility gap we haven’t tackled yet. Feedback like this is exactly what shapes what gets built next. 🙌
