Turn off Download Ready Notification

In the last few weeks, I've been getting a new notification every time a photo download is ready, in addition to the email notification. Please add an option to turn off this type of notification. More granular notification settings in general would be helpful as well.

Hi Liz! Thanks for flagging this and for such a clear suggestion!

You’re right that something changed. We recently added a notification so you know the moment your photo downloads are ready, which is especially handy for big projects that download in batches. We hear you that it’s a lot when the email is already on its way too.

Right now there isn’t a way to turn off just the download-ready notification. In the meantime, you can open Notification Settings and turn off push notifications. Keep in mind that applies to all push notifications, not only downloads. You’ll still get the email with your download link either way.

More granular notification controls are something we’ve heard others ask for too. I'll share this feedback with our Product team. Thank you for helping make CompanyCam better!
