I spent 15 years in food distribution, and we always preached keeping a low stale percentage: product that went out of date. However, if that number was effectively zero, we were missing sales. If you are not pushing the envelope on price, you are missing profit. If you have 100% retention rate, you're not charging what you're worth. A good rule of thumb is to climb in increments. The first number of a cost is always the one that matters. There has to be a balance in what you charge, and how many people walk away. Most people don't think outside of $100 increments and the ones that do, think in $50 increments. $125 might as well be $145, for example. If you have a 15% increase in cost, you can afford to lose 10% of your customers. 100x125= 12500, 90x13050 in this example. Maybe you keep everyone, and then you're at even more money (and consider a higher number again), but you never know where that line is until you find some rejection.

Email History - What do you do?

I always save email threads because it’s happened where I’ve had to go back and remind a client of what we communicated about. Right now I’m just copy and pasting them to my Jobber notes in each job.

I don’t like the disorganized nature of it. There isn’t a keyword search in the notes in Jobber, so you do have to read through the whole thread to find it.

Is there a better way? Is there a CompanyCam spot that would log it into Jobber?

It seems the smaller towns aren’t seeing it as much as the builds are smaller, not much commercial work and people tend to stick with smaller local companies for the residential and spec homes. This is an aspect I've wondered about. Like with anything, when you have a big need for something, there is a chance you could get an influx of folks coming into fill those roles faster than normal and in turn, the training and general experience isn't there compared to someone that maybe didn't rush in as quickly. That of course could lead to poor work and as you said, sometimes dangerous results - "collapsing concrete slabs" :oops:

We have also been trying a workaround for this.
1. Create report using AI Walkthrough
2. Create checklist using the AI or Populate a pre-made template
3. Create a task that you directly assign to team member. (Task 1 Review Checklist, Task 2 Document Before and after photos, Task 3 Complete Checklist)

The team has set up there app to have "MY STUFF" at the top of their Home Screen, which you can rearrange. So not only is there a push notification and a reminder but they can see it as completing the checklist as a task that is always visible. @KAyersETC
