I think beyond that all, which is great advice, I've got something else I need to figure out. At least I'm happyI found as I got older, it was getting easier to get fluffy. I did CrossFit 4-6 days a week, ate healthy but still found my body composition wasn’t what I was thinking it should be for how hard I worked.
I hired a trainer, and it got worse, then another and another, then the more I learned, the more I realized not all of them were as educated as I thought they were. But like doctors, dentists and trades people, they’re not all the same and finally found one that knew their stuff and the changes in just a few short weeks was insane. I actually found her on Instagram once my algorithm changed to a lot of fitness oriented posts. I started an 8 week challenge that was pretty reasonable in cost and started from there. Realized my eating healthy wasn’t exactly as balanced as I thought, cut down on CrossFit and focused more on weight lifting. Bam, 8 weeks I was damn near shredded.
I do often fall off the wagon when I’m busy, but a quick 8 week challenge is a great way to reset the program. There’s a bunch of dudes I follow to that I have seen people make huge transformations if you ever wanted to give one a try I can send you their profile.
I have been starting to use it recently. I actually re-edited reels that have previously gone viral and posted them strictly to trials. 4 so far and 3 have all done pretty well (90k, 700k and 6 mil). One doing really bad at 60. Like, 6-0 lol.Anyone using Trial Reels to success? I always forget to use it and mean to use it for every Reel on IG for the first 24 hours
That’s insanity. In our area we’ve been seeing an exponential rise in foreign workers in the industry to supplement the lack of workers locally. There have been definitely pros and cons. Of course jobs are actually getting done, and not all bad, however, some issues though due to lack of proper training and experience causing system failures (some dangerously so, ie. collapsing concrete slabs) in many high profile jobs in the city. It seems the smaller towns aren’t seeing it as much as the builds are smaller, not much commercial work and people tend to stick with smaller local companies for the residential and spec homes. But if the workers aren’t here, and the work load continues to rise, what other options are there?

Good morning gang,
We have also been trying a workaround for this.
1. Create report using AI Walkthrough
2. Create checklist using the AI or Populate a pre-made template
3. Create a task that you directly assign to team member. (Task 1 Review Checklist, Task 2 Document Before and after photos, Task 3 Complete Checklist)
The team has set up there app to have "MY STUFF" at the top of their Home Screen, which you can rearrange. So not only is there a push notification and a reminder but they can see it as completing the checklist as a task that is always visible. @KAyersETC
Dallas here. Just remember the heat visibly radiating off the cement for 7 months out of the year. Enough was enough.Same here, south of Houston, Texas is nice and hot and humid! So now live in the high desert of California LOL
