Anyone using the payments options in CompanyCam? We just started and its a great feature, but we have had several of our transactions get declined. Its a bad UX for the customer to say the least. I had high hopes for the this feature and to get a 2.5% transaction fee (on tap to pay) its a real money savor for us.

Hey @cody.howen, I was just reminded that we do sync contact info. It's a setting in the integration that you can turn on or off. It appears you may have yours turned off. Having said that, you might not prefer that we're syncing contact location addresses, so it would be good to get feedback on that from you!

We aren't directly integrated with Notion, but we do have an integration with the automation solution Zapier that Notion also has an app for. One option is you could experiment with connecting the two services and see if they are able to create a CompanyCam project from a specific record type being made as well as one to create a link to the CompanyCam project from your CRM.

With Jobber, the only information that syncs from CompanyCam -> Jobber is Photos, Videos, Files and a universal link to the Project. There isn't a direct way to transfer over checklists, but if you export the checklist as a PDF and save it in the Files tab, that could be a workaround! This Help Guide has more info that might be valuable, as well!

The API discussion board seems to have disappeared from the API documentation pages; has it been moved here?
Also, is any development work planned for the API? There are many system features missing endpoints; this limits our ability to fully integrate CompanyCam into our technology stack. Please don't refer me to your Zapier integration; the triggers and actions available there are very limited.

You can even go back and edit the checklist after you make it and turn that function off. In my setup, it is on by default, and I forget to turn it off frequently. Your staff would typically not have access to do that unless you grant them permission.

I have been a bit quiet the past few weeks, but it's because I had some big changes happening! I officially changed the name of my company and completely rebranded to The Lady Plumber Inc.! Realizing that growing my company, which was a dream at the beginning years, changed drastically over the decade and it made me want to be "right-sized" for the lifestyle that I didn't realize I wanted. But with this came a ton of work that I'm still plugging through.

Am I able to create a checklist that doest require photos on every line? I really only need them at the end of many of my projects, but really would love to utilize this on the day to day tasks per project.
