As we have now entered 2026, what are your goals for this year? I’ve always loved New Year’s, it’s pretty much the only holiday that I actually care much about. Fresh start, New Year’s resolutions and curiosity to see what the new year will bring. 2025 was exceptionally great, but it was very busy. I’m hoping the 2026 will be a little less busy, but just as exciting. I did decide to consolidate my three businesses, and I have launched as of today at The Lady Plumber Inc.

The main reason was to limit the amount of unnecessary paperwork that I was doing. So now all my invoices, all my job information, client database will be all in one business. So that is what I am super excited about. But I would love to hear about yours!

Hi Team!

I'd like to submit a request for a custom start date and end date filter on the company dashboard page. While the current selection is great, it would be super beneficial to add a date range like you've got on the photos for more exact data.

The recommendation is to access the link from the web rather than your mobile device while the team gets the bug solved.

This is kinda a feature request, but we use an application called Quickpage to send leads an intro video, basically this is the guy/gal that will be showing up at your door for your appointment. The way the Review Request feature works could also be repurposed for this benefit, but you would need to lose the google link feature. Happy to discuss more.

Commenting on my on Thread seems odd, but I was informed by CompanyCam that the newest iOS versions (26.1 & 26.2) are having this bug issue. If you are sending review request like we are then you should stop immediately because you have no idea what your customers will be receiving. MAJOR issue in my opinion. CompanyCam recently stated on their last podcast that they wanted their clients to just click a button and have it do marketing for us, which is great but this is not that for sure. Please hurry with this bug update.

Is anyone using the Review Request feature in CompanyCam and having their customers get a BIG TAN BOX instead of the shared pics or videos you can include in the request process? We have tried multiple browser types and refreshes, but still every request we create has the same issue. It works on desktop, but not mobile. Ugh!

Hey Jeremy! Currently, admins and manager roles are the role types that are notified when a payment is successful. I did pass this along to the team so they have your feedback on potentially re-evaluating this moving forward!
