🚀 Kicking off Inside CompanyCam: How do YOU use it day-to-day?

Our photo capture process varies greatly from client to client and then again by market segment. Its alot for new hires to try and learn. I hate to jump on the band wagon here, however #tags is my revolutionary shortcut. I set up tags that every program/job/vendor/market must have in order to fund. Once a new hire is in the field, he can simply exhaust every tag and know he got the photos needed in order to get paid!!

Takes away a lot of anxiety, and helps internally with our contracts in transit and incentive department.

App won't let me use camera on iPhone

CompanyCam says I need to give permissions to use camera on my iPhone. I don't have an option that shows up to allow this anymore.

For context, I've been using the camera on the app for a while now. Is this an app update problem or an Apple problem? I saw the latest updates included "fixing" camera settings.
Ended up having to hard reset my phone. Working now. Must've been an Apple issue.

Inventory Tracking System

T
I will let you know. Look up inFlow on YouTube. There were a bunch of tutorials and interviews showing how it works and who it works for. It looks pretty integrated for any business utilizing trucks, multiple locations, and sublocations. Documents every transfer, sales order, and transaction, and can even generate barcodes and QR codes for items in your warehouse.
Thanks so much:)

🧰 What’s the One Tool You Can’t Live Without on the Job?

I can totally see that. I wish you were going to WOC, but maybe JLC later in March? Its so fun, I think better than WOC because its smaller and easier to hang out. Des and I are planning on banking a ton of magic tricks
I actually may be going to WOC now. I’m really torn!

Monday Check in!

I found as I got older, it was getting easier to get fluffy. I did CrossFit 4-6 days a week, ate healthy but still found my body composition wasn’t what I was thinking it should be for how hard I worked.

I hired a trainer, and it got worse, then another and another, then the more I learned, the more I realized not all of them were as educated as I thought they were. But like doctors, dentists and trades people, they’re not all the same and finally found one that knew their stuff and the changes in just a few short weeks was insane. I actually found her on Instagram once my algorithm changed to a lot of fitness oriented posts. I started an 8 week challenge that was pretty reasonable in cost and started from there. Realized my eating healthy wasn’t exactly as balanced as I thought, cut down on CrossFit and focused more on weight lifting. Bam, 8 weeks I was damn near shredded.

I do often fall off the wagon when I’m busy, but a quick 8 week challenge is a great way to reset the program. There’s a bunch of dudes I follow to that I have seen people make huge transformations if you ever wanted to give one a try I can send you their profile.
I think beyond that all, which is great advice, I've got something else I need to figure out. At least I'm happy :):):)

🧰 What’s the One Tool You Can’t Live Without on the Job?

For me I would say my attitude. I show up with a smile and good energy, it makes a huge difference than showing up to just get the job done. It makes people feel comfortable, happy to see you and always wanting to makes sure you’re their first call next time

Inventory Tracking System

I always wanted to try an inventory tracking system when I had employees but never pulled the trigger. I would love to hear how it works out in case I ever decide to hire again in the future.
